I'm pretty sure most people use right-click scroll, though I've heard of a lot of players who use WASD or Arrow Keys, and some players who are used to WC3 and SC use the minimap. I wish it was removed when using the CNC-style left-click mode, but unfortunately its not.

The reason for #1, btw, is so that when giving orders in right-click mode you won't accidentally scroll. Many people refuse to try lowering their graphics though, even when it would fix the most significant issues. But if your graphics are set right then you should be able to very effectively right-click scroll with almost no lag by just moving out of the buffer zone (#1) quickly. Then you can turn your graphics back up until it starts lagging again.Ĭhanging the scroll speed won't fix either of these. Turn your graphics down to minimum and then try out right-click scrolling (keeping #1 above in mind). Even if you're running the game at the 30 FPS cap, this lag may still be present.
